Key Duties

• Conduct precise setups and operations on CNC milling and turning machines with detailed instructions, ensuring high-quality output.
• Navigate and troubleshoot using knowledge of horizontal, vertical, and multi-axis machining techniques.
• Experience with Fanuc, Okuma, Mitsubishi, Haas, and Trak controls is desirable.
• Modify codes as necessary to ensure compliance and quality in parts.
• Perform quality inspections, deburr, and clean components during production cycles.
• Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for accurate machining requirements.
• Engage collaboratively with the team to optimize processes and increase productivity.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the workspace, adhering to all safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a technical degree or CNC certification.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Proficient in CNC programming and operational techniques.
• Competency in technical document and blueprint interpretation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive both independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of deburring and fine details post-machining.

Must be knowledgeable about manufacturing safety protocols.
