A local company is seeking Aircraft Landing Gear Mechanics to join their team. You will work Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform overhaul maintenance work on various aircraft landing gear
Service, inspect, and assemble aircraft landing gear, associated components and effective perform work to meet deadlines and performance goals
Troubleshoot systems, disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to maintain fully functioning equipment according to data provided
Ensure all maintenance performed is safe, per manuals and ensure documents are properly completed
Perform maintenance duties, activities, and maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED, a current and valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License, and driver's license
Must have 2 to 5 years overhaul maintenance experience working on Boeing landing gear
Must be able to operate equipment and read technical information
Must be aware of working near and around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals, and exposure to loud noises
Must have the ability to read manufacturing manuals and carry, lift, or push up to 50 pounds
Must be good organizational skills while managing multiple priorities
Must have strong troubleshooting skills
