**Assembler/ Ensemblar** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team. You will be responsible for performing line assembly of pool products using hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic tools. You will follow detailed instructions, document assemblies accurately, and ensure the quality of your work through in-process inspections. **Responsibilities** + Perform line assembly of pool products using hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic tools. + Follow detailed assembly instructions and document assemblies accurately on an hourly basis. + Pack small components and finished products into boxes and push boxes across the line. + Assemble products as per paperwork instructions. + Conduct in-process quality inspections of your own products based on provided work instructions. + Maintain and clean your work station for 5-10 minutes before the end of each shift. **Work Environment** **You will be assembling pool products such as lights, heaters, filters, and automation systems in a cell-based structure within a loud and fast-paced facility. Expect to alternate between different work stations every 2-4 hours to avoid monotonous tasks. Ergonomic exercises are performed before each shift and throughout the day. The facility can become extremely hot during summer months. You will be standing the entire day. Shifts include 1st shift (4am-12:30pm, with full-time employees working 4am-4pm) and 2nd shift (3pm-11:40pm), with the possibility of overtime, including weekends. Overtime work may include 10-12 hour days and working every other weekend.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
