Description Robert Half is recruiting for a Creative Program Manager on behalf of a client known for their innovative work in consumer technology and product development. As a Creative Program Manager, you will oversee the creative execution and localization of branded device packaging and publications. This role requires close collaboration with regional Go-to-Market teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure processes are efficiently planned and executed while monitoring progress against target costs and schedules. Location: San Francisco, CA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Duration: 6 months Hours: 40 hours/week Pay Rate: $60-65/hour Key Responsibilities: + Manage End-to-End Creative Processes: Oversee international packaging and in-box publication design initiatives, including graphic design, print production artwork, localization, and handoff of final artwork to suppliers. + Creative Coordination: Collaborate with regional teams, third-party vendors, and suppliers to establish localized design direction and production artwork, ensuring content accuracy within files. + Scheduling and Resource Forecasting: Develop and maintain program schedules, forecast resources, delegate tasks effectively, and prioritize workflows within creative teams. + Stakeholder Engagement: Schedule and lead review sessions with internal teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and delivering timely updates. + Process Improvements: Support or initiate process improvement efforts to enhance workflow efficiency and collaboration across teams. + Project Support: Handle additional creative initiatives and internal projects as assigned. Requirements Top Skills: + Web-Based Project Management: Expertise using tools such as Airtable, Asana, or Wrike for planning and tracking project progress. + Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Skilled in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat for creative and production work. + Packaging Expertise: Strong experience in consumer packaging design and production, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. + 7+ years of experience managing packaging and publication design programs or equivalent. + Proven ability to manage complex, deadline-driven projects in fast-paced environments. + Proficiency with project management software (Wrike or Asana) and advanced knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel and Word. + Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat. + Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with strong problem-solving capabilities. + Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels and maintain trusted relationships. + Comfort shifting between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on task management. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience managing design, agency, or creative programs in a professional setting. + Familiarity with region-specific creative artwork development (2D and 3D) for packaging. + Capacity to oversee multiple initiatives in dynamic and ever-changing conditions. + Enthusiasm for collaborative team environments and direct involvement in creative tasks. + Balance long-term creative planning with immediate operational needs. + Experience in consumer technology packaging design and production workflows.
