Description Inbound and outbound calls insurance verification verify eligibility Taking and tasking messages to providers and staff throughout the clinic Scheduling and confirming appointments Covering for front office receptionist who are out Handling of calls between 2-10 minutes per call depending on the nature/need of the call Primary care anywhere between 60-80 calls per day. Averaging about 2-3 minutes. Status of authorizations. Skills Customer service, Call center, Health care, bilingual Top Skills Details Customer service,Call center,Health care,bilingual Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years experience as call center agent handling high volume calls with medical clinic or hospital healthcare or call center required bilingual Spanish required Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
