**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial plant equipment, including conveyors, gears, and 3-phase motors. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine maintenance on industrial plant equipment. + Conduct preventative maintenance on conveyors, gears, and 3-phase motors. + Work on mechanical and pneumatic systems. + Maintain and repair pumps, valves, and electrical systems. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a maintenance technician. + Knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems. + Skills in preventive maintenance. + Experience with maintenance of pumps, valves, and gears. + Familiarity with conveyors and electrical systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Some electrical experience with minor PLCs. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity, providing stability and growth potential in a dynamic work environment. **Work Environment** The position is based in a very industrial environment manufacturing dry concrete bags. The work schedule is on the 2nd shift, from 2 PM to 12:30 AM, following a 4/10 schedule. There is no overtime unless working on Friday, which would be entirely overtime. The workplace maintains a focus on safety and efficiency to ensure quality production. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Mirada, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
