Job Description

Product Owners at ImageTrend transform ideas into reality. They share the product vision and partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering to shape and deliver our roadmap. They define solutions for required product features, eliciting, and documenting requirements, performing required impact/workflow analysis (use cases, diagramming, etc.) and documenting user stories. They have a passion for high-performing teams, love working with technology and using Agile.

What you’ll do:

· Accountable for roadmap delivery and embedded in development team to manage the backlog, ensure user stories are ready for development and prioritize features based on input from the Product Manager and other stakeholders

· Develop a deep understanding of the industry, customer and product needs

· Partner with the Product Manager and Engineering to develop annual roadmap

· Work with Engineering team to deliver features – designing technical implementation, establishing and achieving critical milestones and communicating progress to stakeholders

· Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined and verify that story implementation matches requirements

· Perform impact/workflow analysis and produce diagrams and low-fidelity wireframes to help communicate the intended workflow

· Enable internal teams to support the product

· Key KPIs: roadmap feature burn-up and scope, sprint velocity and predictability, engineering balanced diet

· Travel to orientation, client site meetings, industry or company events, and other onsite meetings as required, up to 10%

· Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Exceptional time and project management and organizational skills

· Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear and actionable user stories

· Experience with product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Dragonboat, WalkMe)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

· Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information

· Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills

· Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation

· Ability to travel based on customer and business needs and the location of customers, up to 10%

Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $90,000 - $120,000 USD + bonus + benefits + perks + community gains. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant qualifications.
