**Production Worker** **Job Description** As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading the final product from machines and preparing them for palletizing. You will also be tasked with labeling bags and ensuring they are correctly palletized. Flexibility is essential as you may perform various job functions within the facility. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload final product from machines. + Palletize and label bags accurately. + Perform various job functions within the facility as needed. + Maintain a clean shop environment. + Adhere to safety protocols at all times. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to learn different functions of production and warehouse. + Flexibility to work weekends. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a 3-6 month contract with the potential to become a permanent position, providing an opportunity to grow within the industry. The company values safety and provides necessary PPE, ensuring a secure work environment. **Work Environment** The production environment is large, hot, loud, and dusty, with particles and dust present due to fire retardant production. Employees should expect attire to get stained due to the coloring in the retardant. The company provides PPE including steel toe shoes, hard hat, safety glasses, and ear protection. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Rancho Cucamonga, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
