Job Description
Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in advertising, media, marketing, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign planning, execution, and closed-loop measurement, particularly focusing on onsite/offsite and social ad products.
- Proficient in using ad serving/buying platforms and measurement tools, such as Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads Manager 360, Campaign Manager 360, Display and Video 360), The Trade Desk, Social, CTV, etc.
- Strong understanding of media marketing processes, including planning, activation, execution, pacing, optimization, and retargeting; knowledgeable in privacy and identity resolution frameworks in the media space; familiar with A/B testing and pixel/tagging strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and propel product development from concept to launch.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, viewability, etc.) and measurement strategies.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to convey intricate technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Customer-focused attitude, with experience in gathering and integrating customer feedback into product development.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, with a proven history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks, along with the ability to lead Agile development teams and assist in eliminating blockers across multiple trains.
- Passionate about innovation and committed to staying current with the latest trends and advancements in the digital marketing field.
Responsibilities: - Product Strategy and Vision: Serve as a liaison with the business team, developing and communicating a coherent product vision and strategy for the Meijer Media business that aligns with our objectives and market demands.
- Roadmap Development: Collaborate on maintaining a detailed product roadmap that specifies the development and release schedule of Meijer Media features and products.
- Stakeholder Management: Work alongside stakeholders, including executives, data and application engineers, data scientists, and vendors, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
- Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle across various teams, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential obstacles in the digital marketing arena.
- Customer Focus: Engage with business customers to discern their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the product development process to enhance user satisfaction.
- Domain Expertise: Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams, assisting with campaign testing, KPI validation, removing obstacles, and ensuring the application of marketing best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of Meijer Media.
- Documentation and Training: Craft and maintain comprehensive product documentation, along with offering training and support to internal teams and customers.
- Communication: Relay status updates, issues, and risks to the leadership team as needed.
